Candidates should possess a proven track record of scaling high-performing SaaS sales teams and exceeding revenue targets, along with experience in eCommerce, AdTech, or MarTech. Strong leadership skills, a strategic and execution mindset, adaptability, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly at the executive level, are essential.
As Head of Sales, you will develop and execute a high-growth sales strategy, mentor and develop the sales team through coaching and training, own revenue growth, pipeline development, and forecasting, refine sales processes, recruit and build talent, collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success, and take full ownership of the team’s sales targets to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
