As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve and consistently exceed individual and team revenue targets, conduct regular deal reviews and pipeline inspections, provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques and strategies, implement and refine sales processes, participate in recruitment and onboarding, collaborate with various teams to optimize the customer journey, and foster a positive and performance-driven team culture.
