Additionally, they are expected to complete product and sales certifications, and have a strong understanding of the modern data stack and customer data platforms.
As a Manager of Sales Development, the individual will lead an exceptional high agency team to achieve ambitious objectives, driving overwhelming demand for the data activation platform, developing future leaders within the company, and growing brand recognition in the market. This role involves building relationships with direct reports and peers, contributing to go-to-market decisions, establishing operational rigor and measurement, implementing best practices for account cracking, supporting sales objectives through pipeline coverage, delivering a best-possible customer experience by contacting leads within 5 minutes of submission, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to develop new go-to-market strategies and shape ambitious goals.
