Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales Leadership, specifically within Retail Media Networks, AdTech, or MarTech, and a demonstrated history of success in enterprise sales. They should have experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams, along with strong knowledge of sales strategy and pipeline management.
The Head of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, identify and acquire new business opportunities, establish sales objectives and KPIs, expand Vantage’s client base through strategic partnerships, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, own the sales funnel and pipeline, drive deal negotiations, and focus on customer retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
