Responsibilities

Drive "Pairs" Product Roadmap and Execution: Take full ownership of the "Pairs" product roadmap, strategically advancing the product vision through effective collaboration with the leadership team
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to craft short, medium, and long-term product plans, optimizing key performance metrics
Process Implementation: Implement robust product management processes and best practices, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of products and features in partnership with cross-functional teams
Market Analysis and Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape and technological advancements, providing valuable insights to shape the future of the product, closely working with Strategy and Consumer Insight teams
Innovation and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Group Tech/Innovation team to leverage cutting-edge capabilities, ensuring "Pairs" remains at the forefront of innovation
Team Leadership and Scaling: Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, while strategically addressing hiring needs and optimizing the organizational structure for successful execution
Cultural Champion: Embody and promote the company's principles and mission, instilling enthusiasm and dedication to the culture and core values throughout the organization
User Trust and Safety: Assume responsibility for user safety, both online and offline, overseeing the development of systems and tools to enhance user trust and safety
Company Alignment: Collaborate closely with senior management to establish and communicate company objectives (OKRs), guiding teams toward the overarching vision
Global Expansion: Lead internationalization efforts, expanding Eureka's offerings to diverse user segments and markets, fostering platform growth
