Requirements

Experience in designing structured hiring processes, improving time-to-hire, building scalable people programs, developing company culture systems, vendor procurement, access management systems, and supporting legal/security compliance initiatives is required. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and experienced in creating scalable processes and operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will own the execution engine by operationalizing cross-functional initiatives, building scalable systems, and ensuring the company runs efficiently. This role involves overseeing critical cross-functional projects from a program management perspective, building and running the OKR framework and operating cadence, and managing recruiting operations and the People Ops team to scale talent acquisition, build company culture, and create supportive growth systems. Additionally, the Head of Operations will manage legal and compliance initiatives and standards, and own vendor procurement and operational infrastructure projects.
