A background in Deal Desk or Pricing Operations, with experience supporting large, global sales teams and complex pricing models, is essential. Hands-on experience with CPQ and billing systems, including leading large-scale implementations or overhauls in hyper-growth environments, is required. Strong communication and partnership skills are necessary to influence cross-functional partners like GTM, Legal, Engineering, and Finance. A process and systems-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate control gaps and design scalable solutions, is also important.
The Head of Global Deal Operations will lead and scale the Deal Desk team, driving global pricing strategies, non-standard deal support, and discounting guidance. This role involves managing Billing Operations, including order ingestion, invoicing, collections, and the resolution of billing escalations. The individual will partner with Revenue Systems and GTM teams to ensure launch readiness for new pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies. They will own and optimize end-to-end quote-to-cash workflows, championing automation across CPQ, ERP, and billing platforms, and define scalable processes and internal controls to support hyper-growth and global expansion.
