Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 8 years of progressive FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or venture-backed tech environments is required. Proven ability to lead financial planning processes, build executive-level financial models, and partner with GTM, Product, and RevOps teams to drive business strategy is essential. Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or M&A is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

The Head of FP&A will lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts aligned with company objectives. This role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to develop financial plans, track performance, and optimize investments. Key responsibilities include driving initiatives like pricing strategy, sales capacity planning, incentive design, and customer acquisition ROI analysis. The Head of FP&A will design and maintain scalable financial models and scenario analyses, develop executive-level reporting on SaaS metrics and KPIs, oversee board and investor reporting, and continuously improve FP&A systems and workflows. Additionally, this position will provide competitive benchmarking using SaaS industry data and serve as a financial advisor to the CFO and executive team on strategic initiatives.
