Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of prior FP&A experience, ideally within a services-based company. A high level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential, along with strong self-motivation and attention to detail. An interest in sustainability and environmental impact is also required, and public accounting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Manager, FP&A will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting. This includes generating variance reports, identifying trends, and collaborating with business units and sales teams to incorporate metrics and analysis into reporting. The role involves performing ad hoc financial analysis, developing standardized reporting and dashboards, supporting month-end close processes, and liaising between business units and corporate leadership. Additionally, the position requires building and supporting complex financial models and business unit reports, as well as assisting the Finance Manager with treasury management and pre-funding activities.
