Requirements

Candidates should have proven success in analytical roles such as FP&A, strategic finance, or accounting, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. Significant experience with Excel and Google Workspace is required, along with experience using Adaptive and Netsuite. Experience preparing presentations for company leadership and the board, and a proven ability to scale manual processes into automated ones are also necessary. Experience with software platforms like Salesforce, Coupa, or Navan, working on a global team, managing global stakeholders, and experience with Cash Flow models in Adaptive are considered advantageous. A self-starter attitude, comfort in a fast-paced startup environment, and the ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and influencing others are also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Corporate FP&A will act as a strategic thought partner to the business by analyzing results, trends, and key insights using financial acumen. This role involves identifying and solving complex business problems through data-driven analysis and storytelling, leading the monthly close and forecast processes, and supporting consolidated reporting of the company-wide P&L. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving existing financial forecast models related to Cash Flow, supporting the company's Annual Financial Planning process, and collaborating with and influencing cross-functional, global teams. The manager will proactively identify opportunities for change, process improvement, and system enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance organization, and manage and execute ad hoc projects while maintaining day-to-day operations.
