Role Overview

The Manager of Corporate FP&A at Chainalysis is a strategic and analytical thinker who enjoys working cross functionally, and can manage competing priorities in a fast paced work environment. This role works closely with finance, accounting, and operations - a strong background in successful business partnering will be necessary. This position is ideally suited for someone passionate about providing data driven insights and executive level performance updates.

Salary: $105K - $175K Location Type: Remote Employment Type: FullTime

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic thought partner to the business by utilizing your financial acumen to analyse results, trends, and key insights
  • Identify and solve complex business problems through data-driven analysis and storytelling
  • Lead the monthly close & forecast processes and support the consolidated reporting of our company wide P&L
  • Maintain & improve existing financial forecast models related to Cash Flow
  • Support in driving the company’s Annual Financial Planning process
  • Collaborate with and influence cross-functional, global teams to achieve objectives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for change, process improvement, and system enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance organization
  • Manage and execute adhoc projects while maintaining day to day operations

Qualifications

  • Proven success in analytical roles, including fp&a, strategic finance, accounting, etc.
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Significant experience with excel and google workspace
  • Experience with Adaptive and Netsuite
  • Experience preparing presentations for company leadership and the board
  • Proven ability to scale manual processes into automated ones

Nice to Have Experience

  • Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, Navan, etc.
  • Self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
  • Experience with Cash Flow models in Adaptive
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and influencing others
  • Bias for action, and enthusiasm for solving problems
