Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the long-term engineering strategy across infra, data, AI, and product engineering, translating company bets into scalable, actionable org-wide goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering org - hire, grow, and coach managers and technical leads, ensuring every team has empowered, high-agency leadership
  • Drive company-wide AI adoption - achieve 50x+ org-wide impact through AI-enabled productivity, delivery acceleration, and innovation; coach leaders to embed AI into hiring, execution, and product delivery
  • Set a high bar for org execution - deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes through clear operating rhythms, review mechanisms, and scalable processes without sacrificing speed
  • Provide strategic clarity and guardrails for complex, high-stakes decisions - enabling leaders to solve challenges that balance product vision, scalability, and business needs
  • Drive technical alignment across the org - ensure architectural principles, quality standards, and AI-first patterns are consistently applied by all teams, enabling seamless integration and scalability across products and systems
  • Design for 10x scale - ensure systems are resilient, secure, cost-optimized, and ready for real-time use cases by embedding performance, scalability, and maintainability as non-negotiables
  • Champion a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and high accountability - with clear feedback loops, growth paths, and recognition of team accomplishments
