The Head of Digital Sales Capabilities should possess a strong understanding of sales processes and digital transformation within the financial services industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead product strategy and roadmap development. Experience with partner platforms and CRM systems is essential, as is the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, technology, and data organizations. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and experience managing product lifecycles and driving innovation is highly desirable.
This role involves leading the transformation of the Partner Workstation platform to align with sales process optimization, partnering with the WIN team to create focused landing pages, and ensuring the platform responds to user needs and supports advanced reporting. The Head of Digital Sales Capabilities will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, developing product roadmaps, conducting market research, assessing investment needs, and representing the organization as a thought leader. They will also manage a team of product managers, communicate new features to sales teams, and oversee RFI/RFP responses, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.
