10+ years of experience in a Product Management role
Most of that time working on developer tools or similar technical products at a product-led growth company
Ability to inspire and champion big ideas that have a massive impact on the business and customers
Love of high-quality, well-crafted user experiences and strong intuition for developer tools
Experience directly managing and growing PMs
Strong, successful track record in product management

Champion the needs of developers across Render, partnering with other product and engineering leaders to define strategic bets across the entire platform
Stay up-to-date with innovations in software development and bring them into your team’s work
Be a steward of the core platform, helping the team think through how to solve for developers’ needs while maintaining the longevity and flexibility of Render’s platform
Grow and develop as a leader on a talented, engaged, and passionate product, design, and engineering team
