Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in Demand Generation within the B2B SaaS industry, demonstrating a proven ability to manage a budget and achieve sales targets (SQLs or opportunities). Native fluency in German, with a minimum C2 level, is required, alongside fluency in English (US/UK) or equivalent, and a good understanding of SEM (Google Ads) and Social media advertising (LinkedIn/Facebook Ads). Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot, and Salesforce, along with strong data-focus and analytical skills, are also essential.

Responsibilities

As Head of Demand Generation DACH, the individual will be responsible for creating and owning pipeline for the DACH market, working closely with the EMEA Paid Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing experiments, manage the DACH Demand Gen budget, and be accountable for achieving DACH SQL targets. They will also collaborate with the EMEA Paid Media Manager on budget allocation, define and execute a marketing experiment roadmap, partner with DACH BDRs to improve lead conversion rates, serve as the DACH Sales team’s point of contact for marketing-related questions, and collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to create ambitious campaigns. Furthermore, the role involves unlocking new acquisition channels, feeding the Product Marketing team with business insights, and ensuring smooth campaign launches with meticulous attention to detail.
