This is a temporary, 10+ month position for the Head of Demand Generation DACH. The role focuses on managing pipeline creation for the DACH market to support 360Learning’s growth. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a high-performance marketing organization and work closely with talented individuals across the company.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Demand Generation in B2B SaaS, owning a budget and a target (SQL/opportunities/pipe), interacting with a sales team.
  • Language Skills:
    • Native German speaker or business fluent in German (min. C2)
    • Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good understanding of SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn/Facebook Ads)
    • Good command of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce
  • Other Skills:
    • Data-focus: You start with numbers. You’re driven by performance.
    • Attention to detail: You know how to launch a campaign without a glitch and catch every typo
    • Analytical skills: You quickly create and execute campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Initial (1 month):
    • Experience a comprehensive onboarding.
    • Collaborate with the EMEA Paid Marketing Manager to create your 1st marketing experiments on paid channels.
    • Upskill on how to manage remarketing campaigns.
  • Within 3 months:
    • Own the DACH Demand Gen budget.
    • Be accountable for achieving DACH SQL targets (Sales Qualified Leads).
    • Work closely with the EMEA Paid Media Manager on budget allocation.
    • Define and execute your marketing experiment roadmap.
    • Partner with DACH BDRs to improve lead follow up and increase the conversion rate of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQLs.
    • Be the DACH Sales team point of contact for all marketing-related questions.
  • Within 6 months:
    • Collaborate with the rest of the EMEA marketing team (EMEA Paid Media Manager, EMEA event manager, Product Marketing team, Brand team) to create more ambitious & complex campaigns.
    • Unlock new acquisition channels to scale demand generation in DACH.
    • Feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on your campaigns results.
    • Build knowledge of the L&D industry.
