Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing system implementations, integrations, and configurations for enterprise clients is required, along with expertise in designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices is essential. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
The HCM Onboarding Analyst will partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout HRIS implementations, performing data migration, cleansing, and validation. Responsibilities include translating customer needs into technical requirements, mapping processes, and supporting integration projects. The role involves configuring the HRIS system, creating client documentation and training materials, and developing UAT plans and test scripts. Ensuring a smooth handover to Business As Usual (BAU) teams and supporting hypercare periods are also key duties.
