Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 4 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on integrations. Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT, and Report Writer is essential. A solid understanding of Workday's business process framework, supervisory organizations, and security is required, along with experience building custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Experience with Workato is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Lead will design, build, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and XSLT, while also troubleshooting and optimizing existing integrations. Responsibilities include working with third-party vendors for seamless data exchange, implementing error handling, configuring and maintaining Workday HCM business processes, security, and reporting frameworks, and partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions. The role also involves building advanced custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, assisting with UAT, developing and managing workflows on Workato for HR process automation, and acting as a Workday subject matter expert for integrations and reporting.
