Hands-on experience with tools such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, OverseasConnect, Vistra, Remote.com, Sparrow, CultureAmp, or Organimi is required, along with a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations. Demonstrated ability to improve system usability and performance through smart configuration and thoughtful automation, as well as experience gathering requirements, designing workflows, and documenting processes are essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also necessary.
The Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst will serve as a key People Technology partner, supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-system integrations. Responsibilities include leading or supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of various HR systems, and applying an AI-first approach to identify automation opportunities. The role involves driving integration and data flow between platforms, partnering with HR teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, and assisting in mapping and delivering a future-state employee journey. Additionally, the analyst will implement SDLC best practices, monitor system performance, triage issues, manage vendor escalations, and stay current on HR system best practices and emerging technologies.
