Requirements

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions. Responsibilities

The GTM Recruiter will spearhead the search for top talent in Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Account Management. This includes developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and managing the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer extension. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, conducting reference and background checks, tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
