Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation/rewards or a similar role, along with strong analytical skills to interpret and manage large datasets. Prior experience managing a GTM compensation program with a high volume of deals is essential, and the ability to communicate effectively with field teams and stakeholders regarding compensation plans and dispute resolution is required.
As a GTM Compensation Analyst at Vanta, you will manage competitive and clear compensation plans for revenue generating teams, ensuring they motivate and drive desired behaviors. You will conduct regular reviews of performance in relation to compensation payouts, provide data-driven recommendations, manage the tracking of GTM spiffs and incentives, resolve compensation issues, maintain compensation tooling, create standardized operating procedures, and deploy and manage ramp for all selling roles in an equitable manner.
