Requirements

Responsibilities

You will conduct regular reviews of performance in relation to compensation payouts, provide data-driven recommendations, manage the tracking of GTM spiffs and incentives, resolve compensation issues, maintain compensation tooling, create standardized operating procedures, and deploy and manage ramp for all selling roles in an equitable manner.
