Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or operational role - could be in RevOps, product, engineering, or any role where you built and owned internal systems or workflows
  • Comfortable writing scripts (e.g. Python, JavaScript) and querying data with SQL
  • Experience integrating tools via APIs, webhooks, or platforms like Zapier or Retool
  • Curious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out, automating manual work, and owning projects end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills and a bias toward action and iteration
  • Effective collaborator who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS - even without prior GTM experience
  • Bonus: Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, or Outreach
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and implementation of AI-powered tools that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows
  • Build and maintain automated systems that summarize customer interactions, surface risks and opportunities, and drive follow-up actions throughout our various platforms
  • Develop and deploy AI-enabled workflows that enhance forecasting, pipeline management and generation, and rep coaching across the GTM organization
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that give real-time visibility into GTM performance, pipeline health, and key workflow metrics
  • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and cross-platform integrations that power end-to-end GTM automation
  • Partner closely with GTM and RevOps leaders to identify process gaps, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of new capabilities
