Responsibilities

  • Diagramming complex GTM processes and identifying opportunities for AI-powered improvement
  • Building internal tools and workflows using platforms like Clay, n8n, Zapier, and Lovable
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand pain points and design solutions that actually help close deals
  • Integrating APIs and data sources to streamline lead routing, scoring, and outreach timing
  • Running experiments to validate GTM hypotheses and improve conversion workflows
  • Embedding AI into GTM systems using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and custom LLM prompts
  • Communicating clearly with Sales, Marketing, and executives to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Documenting systems and sharing learnings to scale GTM engineering across the org
