Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, sales enablement, or a similar role, and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing enablement programs. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential, as is experience with CRM platforms and sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

The GTM Enablement Lead will design and implement comprehensive training programs for Sales and Post-Sales teams, covering new hire onboarding, ongoing skills development, process training, and product training, while also contributing to content development. They will act as a player/coach for technical enablement, ensuring customer-facing teams have the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals, driving measurable impact across the customer journey. The role involves collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Support to optimize the GTM strategy and improve sales productivity, revenue growth, and customer acquisition and retention.
