This role leads the global strategy for revenue leader development and onboarding across Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Renewals. You will design leadership programs, build onboarding experiences, and implement frameworks to boost performance. Collaboration with teams like the Value Selling COE and the utilization of AI tools to enhance training, coaching, and productivity are key aspects of this position.

About the Team

Zoom’s Global Revenue Operations team supports Go-To-Market teams with the necessary tools, skills, and insights to drive growth. The Sales Acceleration function specifically focuses on sales manager excellence, onboarding, and enablement, fostering a high-performing, learning-driven culture within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global strategy for developing and onboarding revenue leaders across Account Executive (AE), Sales Engineering, CS, and Renewal roles.
  • Develop a comprehensive Revenue Leader Pathway, including leadership training focused on communication, motivation, strategic thinking, and sales performance management.
  • Design and execute immersive onboarding experiences that align new leaders with Zoom’s culture, values, and processes, aiming to reduce ramp time and boost satisfaction.
  • Establish a competency framework to identify and address skill gaps, supporting continuous growth and capability building across all Revenue Organization leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with the Value Selling COE to scale the Zoom Way of Selling and deliver training in account management and value-based selling.
  • Create engaging learning experiences and integrate AI-driven tools to support personalized training, real-time coaching, sales call analysis, and productivity enhancement through automation.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 6+ years in sales leadership with a proven track record of coaching high-performing teams.
    • 3+ years in enablement or sales-related roles, with people management experience.
    • 4+ years in talent management, including developing onboarding or leader enablement programs, with a passion for employee experience and growth culture.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to design and deliver impactful training for sales leaders, including sales manager playbooks and reinforcement beyond traditional methods.
    • Robust experience in value selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) or other consultative approaches.
    • Deep understanding of onboarding, sales processes, and leadership coaching.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams and levels.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Fluent in sales and enablement technologies including CRM (Salesforce), Seismic, CMS, LMS, ROI/TCO tools, and platforms supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics.
