Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy/ops, CPG, or a growth role at a startup/scale-up. Proven ability to use data to solve business problems, identify patterns, and generate insights using tools like Excel or pivot tables is essential. Exposure to product marketing or business growth initiatives, curiosity and drive to experiment with AI tools, an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn quickly are also required. Experience executing digital marketing campaigns, familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau, startup or scale-up experience, strong product sense, commercial awareness, and the ability to adapt quickly are considered nice-to-have skills.

Responsibilities

The Growth Strategist will partner with the Director of Growth to accelerate customer acquisition across multiple channels, combining data-driven problem solving, creative strategy, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing channel performance using tools like Looker to meet CAC and CPA thresholds, owning day-to-day paid media operations, developing new growth levers, driving creative strategy by writing briefs and partnering with creative teams, building and testing AI-powered workflows, collaborating across teams to share insights, supporting new go-to-market initiatives, and acting as a generalist problem-solver to identify and tackle bottlenecks and ambiguous challenges within the growth team.
