Requirements

The ideal candidate is a commercially sharp, strategic thinker skilled in negotiation, communication, and presentation, comfortable working autonomously while leading cross-functional collaboration. Experience in medicinal cannabis or emerging therapeutic areas, and understanding of TGA regulations, Authorised Prescriber pathways, and Special Access Schemes are desirable.

Responsibilities

The Growth & Strategic Partnerships Lead will drive commercial growth and cultivate high-value partnerships with prescribers and clinics by identifying and prioritizing partners, mapping prescribing opportunities, and building a roadmap for growth. This role involves prospecting, engaging, and converting partners through deal closure, negotiating agreements, and driving partner-led revenue. Responsibilities also include owning relationships with prescribing partners and clinics, acting as the go-to contact for strategic accounts, collaborating internally for success, and tracking, measuring, and scaling effective strategies while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
