Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a history of consistent over-performance. Experience in FinTech and/or as a Sales Engineer for 3+ years is highly desired, along with recent solutions sales experience within a financial services vendor, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or other financial services related company, preferably with a marketing discipline. A strong aptitude and passion for the role are also required.

Responsibilities

The Growth Solutions Consultant will drive revenue goals by engaging with existing top accounts and new business prospects within the financial services industry. Responsibilities include interacting with senior marketing, line of business, and data/IT decision-makers to understand their needs and align them with Vericast solutions, carrying a sales quota, and delivering marketing, deposit & loan acquisition, and other engagement solutions. The role involves partnering with internal teams to develop account engagement plans, identify solution alignment, and lead sales opportunities to exceed targets, while also identifying opportunities within existing clients and potential new clients, developing a sustained pipeline through active prospecting, and performing value analyses to identify client value-creation opportunities.
