Candidates should possess strategic thinking skills, strong analytical abilities with experience using data to solve business problems and build marketing engines, and familiarity with a wide range of marketing channels including content strategy, SEO, ABM, and SEM. They should also demonstrate scrappy problem-solving skills, a high bar for work quality, and experience managing a growth marketing experimentation program.
The Growth Marketing Lead will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, create and execute a marketing plan, own channel strategy and execution, run a high volume of experiments and measure results, regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, and oversee external agencies or consultants as needed.
