Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of engaged recruiting professionals who strategically deliver on business hiring needs with speed and quality
  • Proactively partner with business and HR leadership to understand future plans, recruiting implications of these plans, and develop effective strategies to attract, assess, and hire in a differentiated way
  • Drive results and accountability for team and individual performance goals with a clear focus on metrics and data and invest in continuous development around the skills and competencies of your team
  • Build connectivity between and across TA, People org, and business to deliver a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead with data, analytics, and actionable insights to drive operational excellence and systems capable of scaling
  • Be informed and curious about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance the recruitment experience
