Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech or digital asset space. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies. Familiarity with traditional finance and equities markets is highly desirable, as is experience with user acquisition and customer lifecycle marketing.
The Growth Marketing Hacker will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and lifecycle programs for Crypto.com’s new stocks and equities trading platform, collaborating closely with product and growth teams to ensure alignment with user needs and business priorities. They will develop messaging, define user personas, and craft integrated campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition, adoption, and engagement, while also conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and optimizing campaigns for performance and retention.
