About the Opportunity

Jerry.ai is seeking a Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth to scale our core insurance business. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Insurance Operations. You will own the systems, strategy, and execution for Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. Collaborating with product, engineering, and analytics teams, your focus will be on creating a seamless user experience and ensuring ongoing carrier success to drive critical outcomes like loss ratio, retention, and conversion. This is a unique chance to shape the strategy of a category-defining fintech company at scale.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research).
• 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams.
