About this Position

This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders for defining the best operational approach for growth initiatives in Latin America. This position will be the voice of the Operations team during the definition process and during implementation, if changes to the original scope are necessary.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for Latin America stakeholders for initiatives within the scope of this role. Responsible for including the relevant team based on requirements.
  • Propose the best operational approach based on personal knowledge and/or input from NOC leaders.
  • Lead the generation of Operational Business Cases for initiatives within scope, ensuring the consideration and consolidation of all required costs (DA, DS, NOC, PMO, TECH, FACILITIES) within the optimal timeframe based on the proposed approach.
  • Upon project approval, ensure financial compliance relative to the operational costs defined in the original Business Case.
  • Be accountable for initiatives from an Operations perspective, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Partner with Operations Project Managers, who are directly responsible for implementation.
  • In collaboration with the NOC team, identify operational best practices, scaling them, and creating corresponding playbooks.
  • Self-development: Continuously update knowledge on tools and practices available outside Latin America, as well as develop personal skills.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, and/or related fields.
  • Experience: Coordination roles in FMCG, Market Research, Consulting, or Retailer companies.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of the E2E Operations flow for RMS or CPS, depending on the scope of the role.
  • Tools: Microsoft 365 Tools.
  • Languages: Fluent English, oral and written (minimum required: Intermediate level).
