Responsibilities

The Strategic Payer Partner will analyze post-claim payer performance data to identify revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies within their assigned region. This role involves collaborating with the Revenue Cycle Data Scientist to evaluate trends, engaging internal stakeholders and vendor partners to resolve issues, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Responsibilities include using RCM dashboards, identifying denial patterns, coordinating with AR management and billing vendors, monitoring payer KPIs, and maintaining payer performance dashboards.
