Requirements

Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and possess a Google Cloud Certified in Generative AI or a commitment to completing the certification before the internship start date. Basic coding skills in languages like Python or Java are also required to facilitate no-code integrations or tool enhancements.

Responsibilities

The AI Intern will collaborate with the CIO, People team, and department leaders to scale AI adoption across the organization, build and maintain an internal library of high-impact prompts, shadow teams to identify pain points and propose AI-enabled solutions, support the creation of onboarding materials and training for employees, pilot and document real-world AI use cases, help build excitement and momentum through internal campaigns, track adoption metrics and employee feedback, stay informed about emerging AI tools, and contribute to a culture of experimentation and responsible AI use.
