Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or influencer/affiliate marketing, with crypto or iGaming experience being a plus. Familiarity with crypto casinos or the iGaming space is preferred, and an existing network is a significant advantage. A strong interest in the creator/streamer economy and how influencers drive campaigns is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication and outreach skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include access to or experience working with streamer/influencer networks, previous experience in crypto or iGaming affiliate programs, and comfort with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

Responsibilities

The Growth Associate will be responsible for generating leads by researching, identifying, and reaching out to streamers, influencers, and creator agencies across various platforms. They will support the onboarding of new creators and maintain organized lead lists, tracking outreach progress. Responsibilities also include assisting in outreach to crypto projects and casinos to set up partnership calls, coordinating campaign details between operators and creators, and keeping deal records updated. The role involves supporting the execution of live campaigns, tracking results, and communicating with creators and partners to ensure satisfaction. Furthermore, the Growth Associate will act as a stakeholder by gathering and digesting feedback from creators and partners, providing structured input to the product team for platform improvements, and collaborating with the Operations team to align on campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. They will also identify and propose improvements to current processes, ensure consistent data flow, and stay up-to-date on market trends in crypto, crypto gambling, iGaming, and the creator economy, sharing insights to improve the sales playbook and representing Find.co positively.
