The Group Strategy Manager will support Global Marketing, Media One, and Social & Performance Marketing teams by providing insights to inform decision-making and drive strategy through technical analysis and reporting. This role involves working cross-functionally to accelerate data-informed decision-making, leading a team of strategists to draw insights, create scalable data products, and build statistical models. Responsibilities include promoting a collaborative environment, providing guidance on measurement and data collection standards, leading the creation of analyses and reporting, driving the adoption of self-service data products and data literacy through training, influencing optimal investments through cross-tier insights, managing a strategic roadmap with executable outcomes, prioritizing work for maximum value, managing stakeholder requests from curiosity to solution realization, mapping data skills to problems, developing requirements definitions, telling data-driven stories to various stakeholder levels, leading and developing a team of strategists, ensuring deliverable quality through internal structures and frameworks, providing guidance on identity resolution standards, connecting digital campaign data with offline outcomes, driving the use of data clean rooms for advanced media analytics and partnerships, and leading the development of scalable analytical use cases using clean rooms.
