Requirements

Candidates should possess 10 years of software (SaaS) product management experience, strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), a proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products, and experience working with remote teams and contract development teams. They should also have experience with Product Management tools such as JIRA, a background in Construction, Manufacturing, or a relevant industry, and a customer obsession to understand and solve user needs.

Responsibilities

As a Group Product Manager, the individual will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather product requirements and translate them into actionable items for the development team. They will prioritize user stories, develop release plans, coordinate the release process, work closely with development and QA teams, and foster a collaborative environment for product goals. Additionally, they will facilitate communication between various teams and handle multiple priorities, organize, plan, and meet deadlines effectively.
