We are seeking an Associate Product Owner to support our Fixed product line. In this role, you will contribute to delivering comprehensive product experiences across both physical and digital domains. Working closely with the Product Owner, you will help create exceptional product experiences that drive our ambitious goal of capturing over 50% market share. You will collaborate directly with engineering, dental design experts, operations, product marketing, and other departments to implement innovative features and value propositions that set our products apart. You will be responsible for executing key components of the product strategy while developing a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle. This position offers a unique chance to influence the future of restorative dental technology while cultivating core product management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product features and improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Support product strategy execution by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market data, and industry trends.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and process flows.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the removable dentures workflow, manufacturing processes, and customer pain points.
• Track and report on key metrics that measure product performance and user satisfaction.
• Organize and facilitate user research sessions to gather insights for product improvements.
• Support product roadmap development by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently while supporting broader team goals.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for user experience and customer-centric product development.
• Basic understanding of product development processes.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of removable dental prosthetics (full dentures, partial dentures, etc.).
• Understanding of CAD/CAM systems or digital manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
