Candidates need 5+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience focused on GTM systems, strong expertise in Salesforce (Admin Certified preferred), and a track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into efficient workflows. Experience in cybersecurity is preferred, along with knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
You'll be the first dedicated GTM Systems hire reporting to the GTM Strategy & Operations leader, supporting a security function that has grown to about 60 people in the past year.
A strong candidate has 5+ years in SaaS Revenue or Sales Ops with GTM systems expertise, particularly in Salesforce, and a proven ability to design scalable systems architecture and automate processes like quote-to-cash.
