Requirements

Must-have skills: SAP IBP and Implementation
Good to have skills: Ability to leverage design thinking, business process optimization, and stakeholder management skills
Good experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP IBP solution design (driving business need discussions, mapping requirements to SAP IBP system, designing processes, and configuration); SAP IBP business case and roadmap development; SAP IBP solution development, testing, and deployment (in-depth knowledge across multiple modules, supporting deployment with industry best practices)
4+ project lifecycle experiences with demonstrated experience in SAP IBP implementations
Domain knowledge in supply chain management related to inbound logistics, fulfilment, outbound logistics, warehouse operations
Understanding of end-to-end cycle of IBP project (blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover) is preferable
Good knowledge of integration aspects of IBP with other systems like ECC, S/4, and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization is good to have
Minimum 8+ years of experience
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE + MBA (Preferred)
Professional & Technical Skills: Relevant experience in the required domain; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
