Candidates must possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, either as a planner or implementer, and have direct experience using or configuring Kinaxis modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Planning. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field is required, along with a deep understanding of core supply chain disciplines like Supply Planning, MRP, Demand Planning, Forecasting, or SIOP/S&OP. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and remotely, leading tasks across international teams and time zones, is essential, as are effective communication skills capable of translating complex planning solutions into clear, business-friendly language. A solid understanding of leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Baan, or Oracle is also necessary.
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will support Kinaxis Supply Planning implementation activities, including requirements gathering, process standardization, configuration, testing, and deployment. They will act as a trusted advisor and adoption advocate for supply chain teams, showcasing Kinaxis standard processes and articulating business value for existing DRP and Demand Planning phases. Responsibilities include translating manual/non-standard ERP processes into standardized Kinaxis workflows to improve planning efficiency, productivity, and metric progress. The analyst will collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders, including IT, supply chain, business, and implementation partners, to align on requirements, streamline Kinaxis integration, and accelerate value realization. Additionally, they will support user training, documentation, and debut readiness, contribute to data readiness reviews, Maestro workbook configurations, and integration validations, and act as a link between business collaborators and technical teams, clearly communicating supply chain requirements and solution effects. Identifying and fixing process and data-related issues using robust problem-solving and analytical skills, and applying standard methodologies in supply chain and planning systems to suggest continuous improvements are also key duties.
