Requirements

  • Experience conducting client’s Campaign/Marketing capability assessment and providing recommendations on optimizing the Campaign/Marketing stack
  • Experience developing next best action strategies
  • Experience developing business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions
  • Experience with value architecting
  • Experience deriving insights for campaigns, working on campaign attribution and optimization strategy
  • Experience defining campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking them throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Experience identifying marketing process improvement opportunities and re-defining processes
  • Led and managed at least 2 large Salesforce marketing program executions from strategy definition to delivery in Salesforce Marketing capabilities (SFMC/Pardot/Personalization/Data Cloud/Salesforce Loyalty)
  • Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprints, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional teams
  • Strong project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects
  • Experience building a capability/offering in an organization from scratch
  • Preferably good hands-on experience with SFMC/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty
  • Good consulting, techno-functional, and project management experience preferred
  • Experience working with middle to senior management levels within organizations/client organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results-oriented, data-driven decisions
  • Highly organized with proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance
  • Proven success navigating global matrixed environments and/or client-facing roles
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, virtual, global environments
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Preferably certified in SFMC/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty
  • Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, real-time decisioning desirable
  • Strong understanding of how digital channels work together for cohesive, personalized marketing programs
  • Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations
  • Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization
  • Ability to drive large engagements independently
  • Ability to establish and build working relationships effectively
  • Experience managing mid-sized/large teams
  • Strong experience shaping and driving engagements and leading project teams

Responsibilities
