Responsibilities

Collaborate with client teams (marketing, sales, product) to align customer value management strategies with business goals
Communicate effectively with internal ACN leaders, SMEs, and teams for a cohesive, client-centric approach
Manage relationships with key partners for compliance and smooth execution of initiatives
Monitor trends to identify anomalies, flag to stakeholders, and ensure resolution
Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and recommend improvements
Track performance metrics and marketing interventions, highlight insights, and resolve critical issues
Plan, execute, and oversee projects for timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets; address risks and mitigate issues
Monitor project performance, report progress to stakeholders, and implement process improvements
Design and implement customer retention programs for Banking/Fintech/Insurance sectors to reduce churn and increase lifetime value using data and models
Work with product and marketing teams to create hyper-personalized campaigns and promotions
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on segment-level behavior in banking/e-commerce/retail sectors
Create business cases, solution deals, and develop proposals to leverage Accenture’s capabilities for clients
