- Skilled senior HR Leader with a high growth mindset
- Strong regional knowledge and experience (Rest of the World: UK, Ireland, Europe, Africa, APAC)
- Ability to partner with Portfolio Manager, Group Leaders, Senior stakeholders, Vencora HR Leader, and HR Leadership counterparts
- Strategic and operational capabilities
- Good M&A experience, particularly around integrations
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Forward-thinking and proactive in making recommendations and investing ahead of business growth
Responsibilities
- Support Portfolio Manager in creating Portfolio’s HR strategy; translate strategic plans into HR initiatives; oversee implementation within Region
- Anticipate business needs ahead of growth, including identifying high potential talent, robust EDPs, succession plans, and HR team development opportunities
- Develop strong business acumen; stay updated on business strategy, goals, priorities, talent strengths/risks, industry trends, and market practices
- Build strong partnerships with key Business Leaders/Stakeholders (including finance, legal, IT) and gain buy-in to HR practices/initiatives
- Develop future HR Leaders; provide leadership, support, coaching, and mentoring to HR partners in Groups/VBUs; organise, direct, and evaluate HR Team performance
- Drive high-performance culture and provide coaching to leaders on leadership aspects
- Drive regionally focused HR Team policy/practice reviews or projects (e.g., remote workforce, culture, accountabilities), acting as Project Manager or delegating
- As core member of Vencora HR Team, partner with Vencora HR Leader, ROW HR Leader, HR Directors/Specialists to create programmes, playbooks, policies; develop/implement career paths, high potential identification, succession planning
