The Global Clinical Trainer – Leadless Technologies requires agility, creativity, strong project management skills, and technical knowledge of CRM leadless therapies. A passion for education and training, along with expertise in adult learning techniques and instructional design principles, is necessary. The role is global-facing and requires the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders from R&D, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Engineering, Professional Education, and Commercial Field.
The Global Clinical Trainer – Leadless Technologies is responsible for developing and delivering training content for healthcare professionals and Abbott Field Sales and Clinical Support teams on CRM leadless therapies. This includes identifying training needs for product launches and existing portfolios, designing and developing content and training processes using learning models, and incorporating various training modalities such as in-person, digital, or virtual engagements. The trainer will also participate in delivering training, either directly or through a train-the-trainer approach, and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
