Requirements

Candidates should possess proven leadership experience in large eCommerce projects, including managing teams and delivering results, strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, especially React, deep expertise in headless architecture and development within public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), familiarity with composable commerce systems, experience with Next.js and StyledComponents, knowledge of Headless CMS systems; experience with Amplience CMS is a plus, proficiency with Storybook for UI development and testing, and experience using useSwr for data fetching and state management.

Responsibilities

As an Ecommerce Front End Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading the development of dynamic and high-performing eCommerce user interfaces, guiding a talented team to deliver cutting-edge solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience, managing projects and inspiring your team, monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
