Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Biology, Medicine, Public Health, or a related discipline, and ideally have a Master’s degree. A strong understanding of medical education principles, clinical cardiology, and electrophysiology is essential. Experience in developing and executing medical education programs, particularly within the cardiac monitoring space, is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Medical Education and Partnerships Manager will design, develop, and execute comprehensive medical education strategies to advance the understanding and adoption of iRhythm’s cardiac monitoring solutions among healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders. They will serve as the clinical lead on educational events, build clinically oriented presentations, identify HCP educational needs, and collaborate with internal and external partners to create and deliver engaging educational content. The role involves cultivating relationships with KOLs and medical societies, monitoring program effectiveness, and supporting product launches and market access strategies through scientific communication and cross-functional collaboration.
