Experience in technical documentation, solution design, data security, and compliance standards is required, along with a team-oriented mindset and prior experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture. Experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, security protocols, and client engagement is essential.
The Solutions Architect will consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions and offering expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities. They will support sales by answering technical questions and delivering product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales to identify and qualify opportunities, assisting in creating statements of work and RFP responses, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client success. The role also involves conducting technical assessments, recommending improvements, and ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
