Responsibilities

The General Manager, ANZ is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets consistent with business strategy, identifying market trends, and bringing market and customer requirements into product portfolio development. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, managing accounts and customer relationships, developing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and acting as the voice of the customer internally. The General Manager will plan and execute departmental annual business plans and operating budgets, monitor daily operational activities, define and execute regional sales strategies, and provide leadership for marketing strategy implementation to achieve market penetration. They will also ensure client satisfaction, win market share, build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and distributors, and act as a point of escalation for customer issues.
