Requirements

  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver business results across assigned customer portfolio
  • Lead annual planning processes and negotiate annual business plans to ensure alignment and execution to achieve aggressive business targets
  • Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues and deliver BODYARMOR annual goals
  • Exhibit subject matter expertise and demonstrate experience in successfully building and creating joint business planning models for customers
  • Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers, delivering key business and financial metrics (Revenue, volume, Share, trade spend, T&E budgets)
  • Partner with Sr. Management and cross-functional team members to build Annual Plans for short-term and long-term objectives
  • Lead annual negotiations ensuring optimized partnership agreements supporting organizational priorities
  • Develop and leverage top-level external relationships at major accounts to optimize BODYARMOR positioning
  • Participate in system routines (CCLT, Customer core Teams) providing customer updates, annual plan targets, performance updates, and action plans
  • Work closely with Coca-Cola NAOU + Bottler Customer Leads to maximize mutual customer plans, results, and execution
  • Build and leverage relationships with BODYARMOR teams and Bottlers for alignment on customer objectives
  • Provide ongoing updates on customer plan results and opportunities to BODYARMOR management
  • Participate in key cross-functional routines for plan updates and flawless execution of customer programs and initiatives
  • Provide customer input to annual plans including Marketing, Commercial, and Innovation plans
  • Fully leverage all cross-functional resources to deliver best in class results (inferred from organizational/people development focus)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic leader responsible for Direct Customer/Business Management of the Drug Channel
  • Create and develop the vision and strategy for the Drug Channel to support long-term and short-term business objectives
  • Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers
  • Delivery of key business and financial metrics including topline results (Revenue, volume, Share) and key financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets)
  • Partner with Sr. Management and cross-functional team members to build Annual Plans
  • Lead annual negotiations ensuring an optimized partnership agreement
  • Collaborative leader of a cross-functional team responsible for development and implementation of overall customer selling stories
  • Provide key insights to deliver all key execution metrics (Assortment, Shelving, Pricing, Merchandising, and Innovation)
  • Oversee ongoing account updates and performance reporting against key metrics
  • Problem-solve plan gaps and bring forward recommendations to deliver on required business objectives
  • Participate in all system routines as needed (CCLT, Customer core Teams) to provide customer updates
  • Build and leverage relationships with BODYARMOR teams and Bottlers
  • Participate in key cross-functional routines to provide ongoing plan updates and ensure flawless execution
