Candidates must possess a genuine passion for education, particularly online learning, and a desire to positively impact students and families. They should be proactive, reliable, and eager to grow, with the ability to take ownership of projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is openness to cross-border collaboration and potential international management roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a STEM-related field is a strong plus, and working proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
The Management Trainee will rotate across teaching, user operations, and business development departments to gain comprehensive exposure to the online education platform's operations. Responsibilities include understanding user needs and communicating them to the content team for curriculum iteration, designing enrollment products to enhance reputation and expand the user base, and participating in the design and execution of AMC preparation activities. The role also involves building and strengthening the WeChat private domain ecosystem, developing and implementing enrollment strategies for business growth, and delivering online math classes (approximately 8 hours per week), including some weekend teaching. This role offers a fast-track opportunity for promotion to a management-level role within 2-3 years based on performance.
